Protect Kimal/talk to ranger?

Hello everyone...

Got a problem with the quest where u need to go to Hoover dam and protect president kimball...

- i got the quest where i need to go to hoover damn and protect him "The house allways wins VI"
- Allso got the quest where u need to talk to the ranger at Hoover dam(you'll know when it happens) ( to get the "protect quest" started i think)

The problem is i allways had a good rep with the NCR, but after i teamed up with Mr. house im now a "smiling troublemaker" and as soon as i fast travel to hoover dam, it says "quest failed : "you'll know when it happens" and all the ncr peeps turns red and attack me... ive have read that i need to be "accpeted" at least to go there, but if ive done all the ncr rep quest how do i get that status again?? Is there some easy way to get rep with them again??

And ive tried to go to the embassy in new vegas, but crock aint there any longer (read that this is a bug)

Is there a way to get the "protect kimball quest" going without having to talk to the ranger first??

Hope this wasent to confusing :hehe:

1. Don't go on the podium
2. Don't go up to the vertibird

If these don't make sense I can't really help you.

I cant remember what its called, but you get a quest where the NCR suspect you ad a terrorist if you work with leigion too much,

Spoiler

but I wasnt allowed up to the podium but before trying to protect the president. I found a note on a computer about the NCR snipers positions changed, and there was a bomb on the vertibird that I had to defuse and then I told that ranger with a name that Id found the bomb and the president then ran back to his now safe vertibird and buggered off, so basiclly NCR might think your a terrorist if you help leigion too much

You might want to try wearing a disguise, not sure if that'll work for you or not.
