For those who haven't tried it there is a wonderful little gem of an indie game recently released on Steam called Proteus. It's a game of pure exploration set on a randomly-generated island. You interact with the environment merely by being there and the music shifts in tune with the colors, creatures and weather around you. It's currently 9 dollars on Steam and I recommend it as a stress reliever. There are no goals, no objectives and absolutely no possibility for frustration.
