i have just earned Prowlers profit, But it is not in the active effects.
i just want to know if it is meant to be in the active effects or if it is not.

No its not in the active effects. Its active it just doesn't show.

Yeah. Start looting some du--.....well, start looting anywhere! You'll be able to tell it's active by the stack of flawless gems you have in your inventory.
