I have been a loyal cutomer and bought alot of bethesda software. all the elder scrolls since dagger fall and have bought all the fallout games for pc.
I don't normally complain, but I feel kinda cheated with the PS3 version.
-freezing & no DLC.

Would you exchange the PS3 ver for a 360 copy?.. this doen't seem fair to pay $59.99 for a game that's un-playable and won't have any DLC.
Not to metion I have to buy a 360 now too.

Well, it looks like you're the perfectly loyal fan. Even though you were cheated, you are willing to give the people that cheated you even more money for what? maybe %10 better performance on the XBOX so you can get broken overpriced DLC? Id say you are the perfect fan and Bethesda needs more people like you. That way they'll just keep cheating people and make more money in the process ... Btw Nick Steele? Well honestly if I didn't make enough money to support my habit i would be even more pissed. The truth is this is the last straw for me I put up with the bugs from other games. I actually thought they gave the game character. The problems with skyrim are just un-barable, Oh not to mention i'm still a little pissed over oblivion GOTY for ps3.. they NEVER FIXED THE VAMPIRE GLITCH!.

I know if this issue dosen't get resolved i'm not buying fallout 4 or playing elder scrolls online. I have a feeling im not the only one.

It isn't about not buying it. It's about not supporting a company that keeps screwing people over. You can still get the games without giving 1 cent to the company. Like when I bought FNV. I bought it used at $5 and inside the case someone had left 2 receipts dated 1 week apart from each other. So that was a bit of a "heads up". I could have all the money in the world but I find it silly that I would need to have 2 different consoles that play a lot of the same games without any problems, with the exception of Bethesda games. Even Bayonneta plays great on PS3 with all the eternal loading screens. Am I willing to get a 360 for playing Bayonneta or Skyrim? No!, 'cause I would be playing the same thing. I got a PS3 just because I wanted MGS4, not because it was better or some other silly argument to which one is better. I think both are great. I'm just not interested in Halo or Gears. No amount of broken exclusive DLC would make me get a clone of the console I have now for one game.

dont worry the talking heads at bethesda told us ps3 will get all of the dlc when they were asked about it before launch so it must be true. hell they said the ps3 was getting extra attention and was at least as good as the xbox version if not slightly better and we all know that was completely true.

lol Mechanic by day gamer by night!!,.. also a gamer when the boss isn't looking and it's slow.. they should just fork out the cash and pay a team to fix the code.. I really wouldn't look forward to getting all those trophies again.

Oh and I had 2 xbox 360's both RROD within 3 years (we won't go there).

had my 80gb PS3 for 5 years now.. replaced the heatsink compound as a preventative measure.
