I currently have nothing so far, only a small bit of lag when first entering Solstheim, but in around 10 minutes of game play, nothing game breaking at all.

Great...but tell me,how many game hours do you have in the Character you are playing?

The DLC has only been out for around 3 hours. Give it a few days or so.

I think its under 100 hours, so not that much time, the real test will be those players with more hours logged.

I might do the first 3 quests with my 193 hour character.

The DLC has only been out for around 3 hours. Give it a few days or so.

you won't need a few days. More like six hours.
