So ps3 players getting the shaft once again?

Post » Sat Sep 08, 2012 1:02 pm

It seemed bad enough in oblivion that xbox received exclusive dlc over ps3. and now once again ps3 players get the short end of the stick.

if your on pc you can create your own content, if your on over priced xbox Your sure to get preferential treatment. If your on ps3 it seems Bethesda couldn't give a toss about you.

I still don't believe this bull that their have problems making this work on the ps3, what a lame half ass excuse to give people. just come out and say, the evil overlord's at Micro[censored]e gave you a ton of cash to just screw with ps3 players.

At least be honest, Greed and how much cash micro[censored]e is willing to cough up if far more important to bethesda there their loyal fans on ps3.

well you can count me out of the number of loyal fans. In my eyes you have joined the ranks of EA and others who care less about quality and service and more about filling their coffers as quickly as possible at the cost of customer base.

Whatever. The DLC is unstable and overpriced anyways!

But they did fix the main game. I haven't experienced any game-breaking bugs on it in a long time.

Actually, the Oblivion DLC was never exclusive. It was just never released for the PS3 beyond SI and KOTN.

One article I saw(It's been a while though) was that due to the later release of the PS3 (Nearly a year after Oblivion hit the PC and Xbox) and due to Bethesda still unsure of how the PSN would function, they simply chose not to port the smaller DLC over for the PS3.

Unstable cause they say its unstable, overpriced if it actually exists. and nearly a year after release they manage to fix most of the bugs,
they really seem half bother in what they do. Hell fallout 3 and new vegas are still riddled with bugs after how long, so I have no hope or faith that bethesda actually have any intention of releasing this dlc or fixing any more bugs in this game. sorry to say.

Might not have been exclusive but they still did not bother with it.

The consoles are why All games are overpriced. Before the consoles became so popular -- I can't understand why -- PC games were clearly cheaper than their console version. These days they're all the same price -- that's the main reason I hate consoles.

Too true, still can't believe that they can charge nearly 60, 70 euro. Battlefield 3 being a prime example, 60 yoyo's on release, plus extra for dodgy dlc, and if you want the dlc slightly cheaper but access to bonus weekends that where free previously will now cost you and extra 50 yoyo's.

and all this in the middle of a global recession, I'm in the mind to pack the whole lot in. this is one form of entertainment that is getting expensive beyond all reason.
