Ha Ha, good luck with that one.
Not a single game in history, that I can recall, can do this.
They all use different save formats and even some PS3 games restrict the save files from being transferred to another PS3.
So in short, it's not possible. It would be nice cause I feel your pain. I have a new computer at home and a PS3 at my girlfriends house. I would like to play at both locations using the same save file.
What would be nice, but unlikely to happen any time soon, is a cloud computing service that allows users on consoles share saves with a PC via internet. But that involves a lot of handshaking between developers, publishers, and console designers. Microsoft could probably do it with the Xbox and PC, but they probably don't want to risk cannibalizing any other portion of their business.
