hello everyone today my friend and i went to gamestop and got a redeem code for dawnguard we waited for it to show up on psn and the codes arent working gamestop isnt helping us and we emailed bethesda and havent gotten a reply we also called playstation support and were kept on hold without help so can anybody please help us out thanks

take your reciept back to gamestop and make them do a refund and then re-buy a new code, the same thing happened to me last week with hearthfire, unfortunately only gamestop can help you and you will most likely have to go back into the store

Looking into it. Sometimes the codes take an hour or so to activate.

well mine isnt working either, i just got it from gamestop less than an hour ago so ill wait
