PS3 ripped off again by microsoft? : Crysis

So ea has posted the PC and Xbox 360 version of crysis 2 nano edition but no PS3. Did Microsoft pay ea to make it a 360 and pc exclusive or is this an error?

If I remember correctly, the PS3 version was actually showcased first and up for sale in Sweden. Its most likely and error by EA. =/

I hope it was an error because I am getting paid in a few days and want to pre order it asap. Plus I also need a bag for my school laptop and the nanosuit bag would be extremely cool to show off

Microsoft did not pay EA to make anything exclusive, I will have to get back to you regarding the PS3 version of the Nano Editions.

Currently, the Nano Editions are only available in the UK via the EA Store. This includes the PS3 version as well as PC and Xbox360.

Probably never.

Seriously people, Crytek will expand on the Nano Edition as soon as they can. They have to be very careful that the number of preorder wont exceed the number of Nano Edition EA is producing.

I don't see why EA would not release the Nano Edition for PS3 in the US. Has anyone contacted EA to see if this is a mistake? I had to call and have them fix the listing for the PC version yesterday so that I could place my order.

@Cry-Lee Your sentence can be read a number of ways. Would you mind clarifying?

Does this mean that you must purchase the Nano Edition if you live in the UK from the EA Store?
OR
Only residents in the UK will be able to purchase Nano Editions?

no the nano is available in the us. just go to ea store.com and it's there. but no ps3 version shows.

I think he means that the only way to preorder the Crysis 2 Nano Edition from the UK currently is from the EAStore.

It is the decision of EA, not Crytek.

I highly suspect that Microsoft paid EA to keep the pre-release footage exclusive to the Xbox360.

well thats a bummer.... microsoft is big with computers as well as the xbox 360 tho. its a pity they culdnt pay them to show it running on windows 7 or something, im curious as to how good it looks on a high-end pc

Crytek's Twitter from E3 and Gamescom said the Nano Edition is ONLY available through EA Store.
