PS3 Version just came with the mail!

I'm on the ps3 as well. I've noticed some stuttering while in Whiterun and a little in random places ( when a dragon landed, it paused for s second). Sounds like we've played around the same amount. Hmmmm

In Oblivion, you could grab stuff, or even bodys by pressing
and holding L2. It works well with that.

That didn't help me much for displaying items, especially books. I could hover a sword over a table, but I would then be forced to just drop it and hope the games physics worked the way I predicted. As for books, I could never get them on bookshelves even after googling for a solution.

OP

Can you confirm whether the PS3 version also suffers from the low texture bug

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1254811-xbox360-skyrim-bug-instalation-textures/page__st__200

It's been confirmed that the cause of this is bringing up the in-game menu.

Hand/Weapon textures are good
Brign up in-game menu / Close in-game menu
Hand/Weapon textures go low res

Since you have the PS3 version, can you test this?

I thought the game looked gorgeous, and i couldnt find any texture bugs, or any bugs for that matter at all. If i did, they were so tiny that the hype totally denied them. This is a good one, don't ruin it for yourself. Just play it and have fun, you'll like it! ^^

Hero. Great to hear that the PS3 version doesn't totally blow haha. Although it's still early days!

Hopefully we won't find out that you can't cure vampirism if you have the PS3 version ?_?

While i haven't been unlucky enough to fully experience vampirism, i have been close. I just nuked it with a cure disease potion as fast as i could. But, im sure there is a cure for it. Im almost certain. I say this because of things i've experienced. ^^

I did some work at night, whilst the others was sleeping. Quite fun, actually.

Spoiler
There are weapon racks in houses! Where you activate it and it places the currently equipped weapon in it.

Just checked my tracking number. It's on the way. I should be up and running just over 24 hrs.

BTW...Are you going to be the caretaker of the DID thread? If so when? And, will you start it in the General or the Spoilers forum?

Congrads on your game. I know you are happy. :foodndrink:

Sweet! It's a hell of a game!

Sadly, i can't take responsibility for the DiD thread, it's too much work, and i belive i will be away from the boards for some time.. But i would be happy to share my adventures. As of now, im hiding from dragons and mammoths :spotted owl: It's a scary world out there, don't do anything stupid!

Well, I'm still not sure....BUT...If someone doesn't start a graveyard...I MIGHT decide to take on the task. Sure would be great to have one.

I know it's going to be insane out there. I can't wait.
