PSN store DLC release time in UK?

Does anyone know at what time the Dragonborn dlc for the PS3 will be released at and available for download through PSN in the UK tomorrow?

11am? 12pm? 1pm? 5pm?

I don't want to be waiting the whole day and having to keep checking lol

The European PSN Store is usually updated around 4pm, UK time. Should be available at 5pm for sure.

When is 5pm? MY GMT is +1 so will it be out 17:00?

5pm UK time would be 18:00 Central European Time (and Norwegian time).
