i know iv asked the time before but i really want to know pst or even est release time, please does anyone have an answer?

Normally, it is anywhere from 12 AM PST to 4 AM PST. Sorry, I cannot narrow it down any more than that. Sometimes it is early in that range and sometimes it is later. I've never actually seen anything take until 4 AM PST, but I've seen things go on there as late as 3:30 and I like rounded hours.
