Anyone else having issues buying the land in Falkreath? I never received the letter starting the quest for it and I'm already thane. I talked to Jarl Siddgeir and his steward Nenya with no luck. I even tried to complete a few more of those random bounty quests she gives you to try and get them to like me which doesn't seem to be working either.

Anyone know of if this is some sort of bug and if there's a fix for it?
