In certain areas of Markath such as the Temple of Dibella and the Dwemer excavation there are smooth shiny purple textures that look very out of place. I am fully updated and I have not done anything to cause this. Is anyone else seeing this?

Yeah, just your plain missing texture I think. I've been getting them quite a bit as well.
Save your game, go to the main menu and come back to it, that fixes it for me.
