PVEPVP area specific and interacting?

Not sure if there are answers for my questions but I will ask anyway.
This may be a little jumbled.

Each faction starts in a certain area so will any faction be able to go to that area? If so will they be safe?

They say cyrodill is the pvp area, I wonder if you can still run around there without getting attacked.

Won't the bigger factions dominate?

Will you choose a faction based on the starting area?

Will there be a pvp flag so to speak allowing you to turn on and off being attacked and being safe from other players?

If there are guilds/clans can people be in the same one but be in different factions?

I have more related questions but this is all I can think of for now.

On and off topic. They say that they really looked into all of the lore. So I was wondering if maybe some quests would be books we've maybe seen in Skyrim or previous games brought to life and made into quests.

1. No, you can't explore other factions's areas.
2. Sure, just don't let the enemy find you xD
3. I think there will be a faction lock, to balance the number of players on each faction
4. I won't =P
5.Only Cyrodiil is a pvp area, and you can't choose between being attacked or not.
6. Guild can't contain members of more than one faction

I seriously doubt there will be any kind of pvp flagging. You have 3 territories within your faction to explore and can be as safe as can be. You'd get at least half of the PvPers to leave the game if they couldn't even you know.. pvp in cyrodiil because of flagging. People are already complaining immensely because of the faction locks, and not being able to pvp everywhere, restricting it down to almost nothing would ruin one of the biggest selling points of the game.

I know it's just a question, and I'm not upset at you asking one that will spark a lot of hate, but know that 8/9 areas are going to be pvp-less, it's not going to be 9/9 in any shape or form through use of flagging pvp on or off. If you want to explore Cyrodiil, grab a copy of oblivion, otherwise, TESO's Cyrodiil is pretty much for pvp.

Sorry if I came off as rude, it wasn't my intention, I'm just trying to share some of my insight on the matter, which can't be done without pointing out how unrealistic pvp flagging would be.
