So, after some weeks of classic Doom i figured i should give these old classics some playtime too. Problem is i've no clue what sort of source ports are available for them. Quake seems to work as is on Win 7, but something that modernises it a bit would be welcome. Not necessarily graphically, my port of choce for Doom is plain old ZDoom (without GL ) after all.

If there is one that also supports Q2 and Hexen 2 (that runs on Q1 engine if i'm not mistaken?) that would be perfect.

Also i have the Steam version of Q1 but it has no music. I assume the orignal played it from CD, and it can't be helped without one?
