this is my first post, so hi all i'd already picked up the book "war of the first council" and when i received the quest to go find it, i wasn't able to give it to the guy(mage college). i thought maybe if i went back to the cave i got it from that was marked with the quest icon it would trigger it, but it didn't. the quest marker wont go and i can't put the book back into the chest(as it is a quest item.seriously annoying.i have darius' bow too and they are adding weight that i can't afford to spare.week idea Bethesda). i thought maybe if i go back to the college and try to hand it in now it might work. no luck. does anyone know how to sort this out?
