So i have a big problem with that quest....i try to use the correct spells but nothing is moving i cant go back with saves because i diddnt have it uff....it's preventing unlocking an achievement.
This quest is unlocked towards the end of the Mages Guild, so if you plan on finishing the Mages Guild, be wary.
