alright, so for the second part of "shalidor's insight" where you have to go to morvunskar, i ran into our good drinking buddy "sam" (sanguine) since i did this after "a night to remember".

this is the second part of the quest shalidor's insight, and the chest where the book is contained is behind the menu - to the right of that chair, where the bright light is, is where you ported to the "misty grove" back in the "a night to remember" chain to find sam and the staff.

the bug is that even though the portal to misty grove is gone since you completed a night to remember, you can still accidentally port there if you walk towards the corner...

once you are there, you are stuck there as far as i can tell from exploring every nook and you have to reload a save.

i also am not entirely sure why sanguine is just roaming morvunskar, you can't interact with him and there's a bunch of necromancers that he fights when you show up living there

edit: not sure if this is the right forum for this, but seemed close enough...just posting so maybe it gets fixed in an eventual patch so other poor souls don't get stuck there
