I'm doing Auld Lang Sine, where you need 80 speech to obtain the gannon tesla armor. I've got the permanent bug where the dialogue with Arcade is cut short and you don't have the option of a speech check. In other words, I can't get the armor, and I'm sad. I spent like 4 levels getting 80 speech just for this quest and now it's for nothing :cryvaultboy:
