I've been playing skyrim for a while now, and have already cleared the stormcloaks side of the quest chain, however now while playing through the Imperial side of the quest chain, were you are supposed to free the prisoners etc etc, and take over the fort, did all that and yet when I'm supposed to report back to Hadvar he will just say random greetings to me and I'm unable to progress any further, I initially thought that i'd have to kill any remaining stormcloaks, but ive cleared the fort top to bottem and its empty. Is this a broken quest or has mah game just glitched on me?
