I like the idea that choices you make can cut you off from future quests/items/content, you would need to carefully weigh up your options (of course, you'd be given either direct or cryptic notice of what the consequences might be)...
your choices would dramatically change the world around you, not just the way NPCs react to you...
if you then stack these consequences, i could then have different experiences on each playthrough (to a point)...
your thoughts?
