Okay, this seems well documented but damned if I can fix it.

I cannot for the life of me get quest dialogue to start !!!

The Data\SEQ\ trick works for me on my machine, but not when uploaded to steam, even after adding that file with BSAOpt >.<

If I delete the SEQ file from my directory the quest dialogue just won't show.

If ANYONE can tell me how to fix I'd be very grateful, but I think either the game or editor (or both) are broke since patch 1.8

Also tried a trigger with MyQuest.start() trick, no dice there either.

A questing game we can't mod quests for just seems, well a bit pointless really
