Vex keeps assigning a quest to plant evidence in Heimskr's House in Whiterun which was destroyed by the war and is non-existing. Vex gets a little uptight when you quit the quest. Other than that I find version 1.7 running much better, I like the fact that the quest duplications work and game play for the various guilds (I.e. Thieves Guild, Companions, Dark Brotherhood ect.) doesn't lockup game play from continuing .
