It appears that I am stuck during the quest "The Way Of The Voice" on "Speak to Arngeir". I have spoken with him and exhausted all topics, yet the game still prompts me to speak with him. Is there something I'm missing? I used the voice on him yet still am stuck.... To clarify, I used the voice and spoke with him afterwards, yet he is still the main objective in the quest and it has not proceeded from this point. I tried loading an earlier save and yet I'm still stuck here. I also tried turning my console off, turning it back on, loading an earlier save, and I can't proceed past this point.

Help?

I have similar problem in almost every main quests right now. A lot of NPC that are supposed to say something during a quest are not talking at all, freezing the quest progress. I was able to solve the problem by saving and reloading when this happen. When I do that, the quest go to the next step (but you'll miss any conversation with NPC).

The bad news is that if you use this method (save and reload) you'll start getting a lot of freeze during loading or magic menu selection (almost every 2-5 minutes). This started for me in the Companion quests (early stage).

My game is installed on an external USB, don't know if this is related in some way.
