Quest Holy Water in Broken Steel

Post » Mon Aug 10, 2009 6:03 am

Hi, I have a problem with quest "Holy Water" in Broken Steel. I destroy The Citadel, and now all members of the Brotherhood of Steel shot to me so I can't take the task "Holy Water" of a scribe. Google tells me that I should get a leaflet in Megaton from residents , find it on the door of my house, or go to ahead Megaton and there should be a scene where I get the flyer. Unfortunately, none of these things is not happens and I can't find the leaflets and thus I can't find sanctuary in Spirgwalve.
Help.
I have Fallout 3 Game of The Year edition with Polish subs(Original of course).
Sory for my english-i am from Poland.

I was about to comment on your spelling but I see you're Polish. Hah, my bad.
I don't think you could fix that - You probably should have done it before completing Broken Steel.

Your writing is adorable.

I am sorry but I don't think you will be able to complete any of the quests given by the scribe.

If there is no leaflet on your door, wait just outside the Megaton gate. Wait in increments of 3 hours. Something should happen then. If you are still not getting that event, go to Springvale, and look around near the center of town, near one of the gutted houses. You should find someone there, who will help you get started.

You're not missing anything by being unable to complete the water sidequests. They're very short and the rewards you get are minor- some caps and more of the same weapons and armor you've looted a thousand times already.

You can only complete one of the side quests after blowing up the Citadel, the one from Rivet City. If the Citadel has been destroyed, the quest starts and ends with Officer Lepelletier; you will get attacked by any Brotherhood of Steel NPCs along the way, and any Water Caravan Drivers or Rivet City security guards nearby will come to their aid if you fight back, but killing them will not cause Rivet City to turn hostile.
