My apologies if this has been previously covered but I am having a little trouble with a couple quests. I would like to find out if it is possible to find the quest IDs for a couple side quests as they have become broken.

The two I am dealing with are:
- Bring an Amulet of Amulet of Arkay to Torbjorn Shatter-Shield: when I go speak with him to give it to him he has essentially rebooted and the quest gets added a second time
- Collect bounty from Skald: I collected it and the quest remained in my log

I am looking for the quest IDs so I can simply remove them from my Quest Log. If someone knows what they are or can redirect me I would greatly appreciate it.
