After downloading addon, I'm not seeing any quest poping up to start. I'm level 39. Whats wrong?

Try fast travelling to another city. I went from Riften to Falkreath and a courier showed up. Except he only gave me a note about adoption and that the alchemy lab (glitch) in the Whiterun house has been fixed. However I can still go to Morthal and buy my land. I was unable to in Falkreath due to some kind of bug and I didn't do the Daedric quest in Dawnstar yet.

It's not like Fallout 3 Dlc. You're going to need to get a letter from a courier or visit one of the Jarls/Stewards.
