Im doing Restoration Ritual Spell for the master spells. The augur tells me to step into the light to begin, but when I do nothing happens. Any idea whats wrong? Im only 90 skill but that shouldnt matter since they did give me the quest, right?

It took about 30 seconds or so for anything to happen when I did it. It looked like nothing was happening, and then when I was about to give up on it, it started. The Augur spawns some enemies, and you're supposed to heal/ward your way through the fight. I had high enough sneak that I just crouched and waited, though.

I finally just left it running and went on an errand, and when I came back the game was in afk mode - just turning me around in third person view. It sounds like the augur is summoning over and over but not getting anything.

edit: finished. I guess I wasnt standing in the right spot. Thought I had to be in the center ring because thats where it looked like the light was.
