I'm trying to figure out why Vingalmo is not offering me this quest. I believe it may have something to do with my spouse, Muiri, and after some tweaking in the creation kit, I still haven't been able to get it offered. I did some comparisons with other potential spouses and didn't see anything unusual that would seemingly make her ineligible for The Gift. Perhaps it has something to do with how you go about marrying her in the first place? I've also set the priority of the quest (The Gift) to 90, which far exceeds any of the other side quests, so this should practically be the next quest I get when I go ask for one, especially since I've completed all the other side quests already.

Anyone have some ideas on what I could look at to get this remedied?

Also, is there a console command to add an alias to a character? One thought I had was that the game was possibly not seeing her as a spouse, despite the fact that she's married now, and that maybe I could add it to her, which is what the quest is probably looking for (if player has spouse, start quest?).
