Question about animal respawn : V

So I recently created a Bosmer hunter, and I read that if you go to a place you've hunted atbefore 10 days, the animals will become messed up and Skyrim becomes barren. Is this true, and if so, what do I need to know about animals respawning. Somene on gamefaq forums said that the broken timer thing completely ruined his game, so should I be warned or afraid of something on my PS3?

I believe the respawn issue was fixed in a patch but I am unsure if it affected world spawns.
Game cells do not respawn unless you stayed away from them for 30 + 1 days so its possible outside cells rarely respawn because they keep being visited.
You can wait in an indoor cell for 31 days to reset all other cells. If the respawn issue is fixed, this should restore all wildlife in Skyrim.

No, I dont remember.
It should be for ps3 if youre fully patched.

All current patches are available for PS3 I believe.
