Just curious, if you have activated Dragonskin and are fighting a dragon or a Mage, when they use the flame, or any other stream like spell, or the dragons continual breath attack, does the dragon skin abilities chance to absorb only get rolled on the first initial damage you take from the stream based magic or does it roll the absorb chance every second you're in the stream or what? Thanks!

It absorbs for the entire duration of the effect.

Its a bit of a combination. I think it tests it every 1-2 seconds. I tested this using the dawnbreaker light beam which is infinite. So it could absorb then you take some damage then the absorb kicks back in.

It also absorbs magic from animal attacks since their attacks have a %chance to catch a disease.
