So I'm a vampire lord and I was wandering if I joined the companions and turned into a werewolf would this permanently get rid of my vampirism or as soon as I cured myself of lycanthropy(only if I like vampire lord better) would I revert back to a vampire lord? Just wanting to test both out before I start my vampire hunter playthrough.

from what ive read, you cant be both at the same time, and you can get re diseased from either aela or serena

This. Do your Companions quests then just get the Vampire Lord form back off Serana when you're done.
