Hello, I am still new to mods, and I was wondering if I should uninstall my mods before downloading Dawnguard and Heartfire, which I will be getting today. My mods are SKSE and SkyUI as of now. Thanks.

It won't interfere, as SKSE just extends the the TESV.exe and SkyUI changes the User Interface.
