first of all - sorry for my english

I'm running single 6950 1gb and getting 35-50 fps on Ultra setting (in open areas)
is this normal? Or should i be getting stable 60fps?

specs:
amd 6950 1gb
8 gb RAM ddr3
quad core q9400 2.8 ghz
