I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I wanted to double check. In order to get the ghost achievement, I understand that you can't be detected. Now my question is: am I detected if someone has 1 or even 2 out of the 3 lightning bolt things next to their head? Or is being detected all 3?

I believe it's all three bolts.
