I have a Dunmer nightblade who has nothing to do with MQ using the "you are not the Dragonborn" mod and live another life (and deactivated initial quest). not a single dragon spawned and no words of power

I'm wondering if i'll face any issues or in-completable quests? will there be any railroading towards the player being the DB or related dialogue? will there be enough unrelated quests to enjoy?
