question about marriage (in the game ^_- ) X-Box : V

so are the wives/husbands that you can pick from, are they race specific or some thing?

or could my Nord marry a high elf, Orc or what ever else or are they locked to your race?

if its free rain, who can you marry and are there any perks to getting married?
