A single dungeon can be as small as 100kb. Probably way less. My current project adds a 64x64 cell worldspace, about 40 interiors and a huge amount of quests, dialogue, and other various types of data; and it's only 11mb. That shows the shear size of Skyrim, sitting at almost 250mb. If you make a single medium sized dungeon I'd say 50kb or so. Usually quest mods that add lots of dungeons are far larger than simple (filetype wise, not complexity or difficulty of work) encounter item editing mods. Those simply alter data forms that are farm smaller in size and amount of data.
