question about Skuldafn in TESO

well, i was watching one of the videos about TESO and one thing the developers said catched my atention, they said that Skuldafn will be avaliable in TESO, but here is my concern, Alduin's portal to Sovngarde is in Skuldafn, that can only be acessed by Dragons and people who Dragons carry to there (Dragonpriests and cultists in the past i believe and the Dragonborn in Odahviing's back), Dragons are almost all dead in the timeline of TESO, soo from both one, or the dev's are going to butcher the lore and add another way to fly there, or they will add new lore (and also butcher the currently one) and add a montain/barrow pass to there, what do you guys think about this? i like the way TESO is heading trying to become the most closer to the singleplayer games as possible, but i really don't like the ideia of butchering the lore :(

What I'd really like is if they actually put it in, and have a proper road going to it and everything, but it's still a portal to Sovngarde. Like, it's a perfectly normal Nord town, except half the population is dead Nord heroes. That would be spectacularly strange and brilliant.
