There's a pull chain in the Dawnstar Sanctuary in the main area where Nazir hangs out. Anybody know what it does? I've pulled the thing several times to see what it was activating but I haven't figured it out.

It just pulls down a spike wall, that's it. Would be at the top of the staircase, across from the alchemy corner.
