Spoilers if you've not completed main quest!




I sided with the minutemen, did the grand final but I'm still on good terms with the Brotherhood?? I'd very much like to destroy them which I heard is possible? Can I still do this or have I missed my chance?


And can you totally wipe them out? Or is it that you just kill their leader but they'll still spawn around the map and attack you?

You can still make them hostile, but you lost your chance to destroy them once you reached the end-game quest.

Why not just go straight to the Spoiler board with this topic? Don't understand why people don't use it for these topics.

When I did the Minutemen ending I destroyed the Brotherhood AFTER I destroyed the Institute. The quest triggered by talking to Preston again after completing the Nuclear Option and finishing all of the end game dialog. It's called "With Our Powers Combined."

Agreed. That's where this belongs. OP is asking for hints involving spoilers, so the section for hints and spoilers seems like a good place for it.
