From what i have found out you can use your wife as you companion

?You can ask your spouse to live with you
?As your spouse is now living with you, you can ask him/her to cook food for you.
?You can ask your spouse to be your companion, you can ask him/her to carry your equipments and order him/her to either defend or attack your enemies

How do you do that? I cant ask her to come on my adventure. Instead she opened a shop were i could buy/sell stuff and get 200Gold each day from her. So is the whole companion thing based on who you marry? Because i would love to see my sixy Lizard in action. I married Shahvee from windhelm because she was the only argonian i could find (I play as one myself)
