Question for those with high end PC's.

If you are playing on a high end PC I was just curious if there are still any of those hitches/pauses in the game as stuff loads when you are moving across an outdoor landscape? In particular can you ride a horse or run and have the game run smoothly the whole time? I'm debating on building a new PC soon and I'm trying to get an idea how far I need to go with the hardware to get rid of that if it is even possible. I don't know if it's just a side effect of the way Beth's game engine works or if good enough hardware has the power to buffer enough data, or load the data fast enough, to keep it from happening.

I'm currently on the 360 and these hitches during play are pretty bad especially when running or riding a horse. However in the past I played Oblivion and Fallout 3 on the PC and had similar issues although not as bad. I'd really love to play the game and have it run smoothly the whole time.
