A question of gog.com

I've been eyeing gog.com for awhile now but I have a question I'd like an answer before dipping into my wallet

Some of the titles on there, back in the day used the CD for the music. do they still require a disc for soundtrack or has the upgrade to work on modern 'Puters also incorporated music in the installation?

GOG is pretty good about compiling the games so they are complete and ready to go on modern OS's. I am sure this would include the music files. But, it all depends on how those games were programmed to work as to the difficulty of getting that done.

It would be worth an email to GOG to ask them about how the music was compiled. And, don't worry about spending your money over there, they are some of the good guys on the web.

The games on GOG are completely digital and updated to run on modern computers. You don't need any physical stuff whatsoever.

Might be worth asking on the sub forum for each title if you're concerned. Overall though I've found gog to be brilliant.
