Question re: modifying night skystars textures

I saw this video about a mod for Morrowind

and wondered if anyone tried something similar for
Skyrim.

The stars are pretty twinkly in Enhanced Night Skyrim (on the Nexus).

Morrowind had one of the best night sky's in this series, imo, even without mods.

That's cool though. I'm sure something like that could be accomplished in Skyrim, especially once people get around to making a graphics extender for the game.

Not sure if it'll happen anytime soon though. It may be possible through other means, too, but we won't know until we see what the CK offers in terms of scripting and stuff. I know someone faked "shooting stars" in Oblivion using cleverly placed activators and stuff.
