Question: New Followers, Marriage?

Hi everyone =) just a question, I have dabbled in the dlc a bit...
just wondering what are the new followers, and where is the apparent new marriage option?
I have only found the one Dunmer in the Retching Netch as a follower so far.

Or even Steward or Blade flagable.

Time will tell obviously :). Just may make it easier to assign a home-group.
