I've asked around a few other places and gotten no reply, so maybe one of you fine folk can help me.

I'm currently using superb enb and claralux, and while they're great, you have to be right next to a light source to see it. For example: the lights from the windows in dragonsreach- to see them lit up at night I have to be Right under the city walls, the same goes for the point lights added by claralux. I'd like to be able to see things like that from further away, and can't seem to find the proper setting to adjust this. If I turn the enb off however, they are visible from further afield.

Does anyone know what I need to adjust to change this?
