So this is something I am wondering: my Nord who had Yellowish/Amber eyes had them turn a bright glowing red when he went Vamp but I notice that Harkon's eye's are bright yellow (and look so much cooler) but I am pretty sure he is a Nord (he is a Nord right?)

So does the colour of your eyes have an effect on what colour they are when you turn? If so, which eye colour actually goes yellow when going vamp?

My second question is if the skin tone affects your skin colour when you turn as well? My skin was relatively pale (just 1 point to the right of maximum paleness) before I was turned but I feel like my Character is a much darker tone compared to most of the Vamps I see and just wanna know if that is somehow changeable?

on my altmer i have hes eyes were like harkon's and im jelly of you cuz your eye color sounds cooler! and for the skin tone mine went darker too I think it was to do with technically being dead?

I want the vampire eyes but I don't want to be a vampire lol

The red eyes are cool, no doubt there. Just that the yellow/gold look would suit my character much better and my character's looks are important to me and my Roleplaying/OCD self

My eyes turned a really bright, rusty, orange. My problem is that my lips turned black. I have no idea why, but it makes my character look terrible. Plus the War Paint I have frames the eyes and makes the Orange stand out more than I would like, but I can't get my face changed because I am a vampire. So my main stealth character forever looks like a freak....

certain races get harkons eyes and others get seranas eyes...i think khajit and argonian get neither

Khajiit and Argonians don't get any visual changes like fangs or eyes anymore when they become vampires from what I've heard. This news has not been going well at all.

The actual DLC is good, but I don't know why they had to mess with the way vampires LOOKED. I actually like that they eyes stick out more, but the rest is just.... just awful looking.

Loving the DLC though.

Yeah, I liked the way Argonian and Khajiit vampires got those elongated fangs and received those unique vampire eyes. Now it's Oblivion all over again.
