First will TESO be on xbox and second will it be for skyrim or is it a totally different game?

1) No. It may, however, be ported to next-gen consoles, as many TES fans are console players - Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim were all on console. It may not be high on priority lists though, for whatever reason, console MMOs aren't very good.

2) It is a completely different game. If you're asking that question, I assume you believe the game is a co-op version of normal TES games. Not so. It is an MMO similar to Guild Wars 2 and World of Warcraft, although personally I'm hoping combat will be more akin to Tera or Diablo 3.

I may keep a separate file on my PC to store a generic response to these questions.
